Ensonix offers several rates to best fit your organizations needs and budgets. The following rate card is reviewed monthly and updated to reflect the lowest rates which we can offer. All rates displayed on this page are good for at least 30 days from when last viewed.

Per Call Rates

Per call is based on when an organization is calling in for services with an unspecified amount of time, which will be billed at half-hour increments with a 1 hour minimum. When an organization calls in for service, Ensonix will schedule an Engineer or Architect out at the first available time slot.

Recurring/Project Rates

Reoccurring Rates are based upon an organization that is outsourcing their IT administration to Ensonix or needs IT assistance on a scheduled weekly, monthly, or yearly term. Depending on the hours needed for the ongoing administration the following discounted rates apply.

Project rates are applied to all proposed projects by Ensonix prior to the beginning of a project. Once the Project Proposal has been completed and the estimated hours have been determined Ensonix will apply the proper rate based on those hours as established below.

Support 9 and Support 24 IT support from Ensonix

Support9 / Support24 Rates

Ensonix offers two types of Support Contracts the Support9 and Support24 Contracts. The Support9 Contract is designed for organization that only need support within Ensonix Standard Business Hours, while the Support24 Contract gives an Organization support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Also within both Support Contracts the Organization get top priority to the Ensonix Engineers.
